grouptask functionality

Hi All,

I am working on WF, on TS 6.7.1 SP1

I have created a group task, which is assigned to group of editors and the group user who "take's" the ownership of this group task will be able to do "Start Input Task" (- A cgi task to view report.)

well this is working fine.... a task owner is getting this task listed in "my open task" list. and can continue viewing his task...

But other editors from same group (who havent taken ownership) are still able to view this task and ALSO ARE ABLE TO DO START INPUT TASK.... which is not a correct scenario...

Do i have to restrict other users (non owner) from "Start Input Task" programatically or this is by default functionality?

Do these other editors have other roles besides editor? Like are any of them Masters too?
Or has anyone mucked with the permissions of the editor role on your system?

Note: You might want to search for references to iwat triggers in the forum, as Nipper and I have posted information about using an iwat trigger to set the ownership of cgitask's that directly follow grouptasks so that the immediate="t" attribute works and the editors would not have to manually invoke the CGI script.
