How to restore the deleted document?

Hi,

I am working in FileSite 8.2 API. I am creating application which allow user to delete and restore the document, which is already deleted.
I can able to delete the document using

parentFolder.Contents.RemoveByObject(_DocContent)

but i dont know how to restore the deleted document.
this there any way we can get the deleted document and restore to the same location.
