can you provide a little more detail in your question?
or you saying "links in a DCR" are the data in the report? or that "links in a DCR" link you to a report? Report on what information? information found in TeamSite (activity logs, file properties, configurations, etc?)

The contents in my DCR is going to have lots of links embedded in them.
For Ex .I have content like this
For ur policy pls refet to
http://****.com
.
I want to create a report to find out all the http links appearing in all DCR under a category. Its like just searching for http links in a file. But i want to create some sort of report like file name(DCR name) and httplink being the attributes of the report

Your original question was "Is it possible" - and the answer is most definitely "yes" - but it involves custom programming (a.k.a. scripting). As you yourself indicated, "it's just like searching for http links in a file."
At this point, no such functionality exists OOTB for TeamSite / TeamSite Templating to do what you want, but the framework within which you could create such functionality as a custom menu item or workflow or callout script do exist.
If you're familliar / comfortable with Perl - you'll find all sorts of modules, like XML:
arser and TeamSite:
CRparser, etc. available for use for parsing the contents of the DCR in an orderly fashion - and then from there you can check the CDATA associated with particular elements to see if they contain hyperlinks.
Hope that helps - at least a little.
