Attach a DCR to CGI task

Hello everyone,

I have a created a workflow with WFM 1.0.0.1, the first task is to apply metadata on a file and then I have a CGI task that runs a Perl script to validate that metadata.

The file is attach when I run the apply metadata task but it's not when it continues to CGI task.

Any idea how I can attach file to the CGI task.

How are you trying to initiate your workflow?
Is the file attached to the job, if yes, then it will not be detached unless you do it in your code and just to validate the metadata values, why do you have a CGI task, are you doing something more in there?

If the file is been associated to the job, then until otherwise removed explicitly.... it would remain as attached. Now the question comes, after Apply Metadata task... where the file go?

1. Check your apply metadata code, where there might be a code which removes the attached file after completing the metadata.
2. Also, to debug you can put a dummy task to wait for 2 mins, during which you can be confirm.. if the file was being detached before CGI task or after.
