I was going through Reporting and in that topic I came across this term "Admin Server Configuration for Reporting". So what is this Admin Server ? How is it different from base server or receiver server ?

The AdminServer is a GUI that allows for remote administration of the BaseServer and (if everything is configured correctly) Receivers. I suggest you read the OpenDeploy product manuals for more information.
