Admin view of tasks based on filter criteria

Hi,

I have a requirement where the administrator can view the tasks based on the role selected in the Filter dropdown. I thought of showing the column in the task pane only to admin, which i found is not possible. Can anyone suggest me ideas on how this functionality can be implimented?

What does this question have to do with FormsPublisher?
