Error uploading Mac PDF files in MediaBin

Some of the Mac pdf files disappear when upload into the Mediabin 4.5.3.
The strange thing is that some Mac pdf files are ok and some are not ok.
Those Mac pdf files are created using version 8.0.

Has anyone face the same problem and has a solution?

I am sure that mediaBin 4.5 .3 does not support pdf created using 8.0

Try upgrade the Adobe Reader 8 on MB Server

I guess you have to upgrade MB , Contact Support .

I can confirm for you that I never saw that in 4.5.3 with Acrobat 7 files. Our company is standardized on Acrobat 7...good for MediaBin, though accidental, pain in the backside for Mac users using CS3 and CS4. ;p
