Different Primary key in the database and in the datadeploy configuration

Hi,
Is it possible to have a different Primary key in the database and in the datadeploy configuration
ex: In DD config want to use Account name as a primary key but in the database Account ID is primary key

I have used a non-primary key as primary key in the dd config.

My table had the product ID as primary key. But in the dd config I have used "path" as the primarykey.
