VCM 7.6 - Custom Script reported error

Greetings,

The Mgmt Endpoints are suspended and are stubborn about not wanting to resume.  The Filure Information says:

Endpoint Failure Reason: Custom Script reported error: chmod: cannot access `/san/mgmt/cfgagent/vcm-umprod/cdsvcs/stage-mgmt/cds-mgmt/cda-mgmt/scripts/UMICH/site/Home/Undergraduate Program/Advising and Program Policies/Honors Funding.pdf': No such file or directory

What is this?  How does one tide over and force-resume the endponts? 

 

Also, from the mgmt-runtime.log, I see:

I suspect two things here:

 

<![if !supportLists]>1)      <![endif]>Can you go to the path mentioned below (on file system) and see if the mentioned file exists or not. If not then we also faced the issue where the SF disappeared one day. You need to create a empty file with the same name in this directory and then you can restore previous version of this file or upload the file again

<![if !supportLists]>2)      <![endif]>Check the disk space on your SAN. It may be possible that the disk has no space. Increase the space and restart DA and it should come back.
