How to include a static html page

&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;Can anyone know how to include a static html page in Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1 . 1)Is the Datum will be a string datum or file Datum ?
2)Can I view the page on the preview option or it will corectly render only on the Livesite runtime ?.

the post linked to is for importing external XSL. not HTML so you would need your html embedded into an XSL file

The file Datum does not automatically pull the file content into the transform XML document.

you could source it via div or iframe i believe (not an html expert).

you would need to reference it by pre-pending the work area relative path with $URL_PREFIX

I have a similar question, but using an include statement isn't working. The problem I have is that the .html file I'm trying to include in a component resides on another server. Here's the configuration:

TeamSite is installed on server A and it deploys content to LiveSite on server B. The search engine is installed on server C. I have a component configured to send search queries from server B to server C, and the results are being returned to server B, but they do not include the banner and navigation for my site - they're in a completely new .html page. Does anyone know of a way to either force the .html file on server C to include the banner and nav from my site, or point a component in a search results .page file to the .html file on server C?

I tried creating a blank .page file with the banner and nav and then copying and pasting the source into the .html file on server C around the code for the results, and it didn't work. I also tried taking the results code from the .html file on server C and putting it into a component, but that didn't work either. Apparently, the .html file has to remain on server C and the path pointing to it has to be relative (I can't use a URL - I tried that, too).
