to default the ext:property

Hi all

I want to default the department name of the particular workspace user while he/she uploading the doc in doc folder.................i have a extended metadata property by the name dept in my workspace view.......

Pleae tell me the steps...........

If I have understood your problem then you need default department name (defined at workspace level) for all documents within workspace.

1. Add extended property extWorDep in Workspace component
2. Drag and drop this property in wokspace creation and properties pages
3. Add extended property say extDep in document component
4. Drag and drop this property in document Import page
5. Add following in value attribute of extDep property in Import page
${data.document.workspace.extWorDep}
