ClassNotFoundException for Ephox Editor

Hi ,

   We have below ephox error in our WEM8.1 edit form, anybody have idea why it happens? Thanks

ClassNotFoundException com.ephox.editlive.windows.EditLiveJava

Does clearing  java  cache help ? 
Java control panel-> General tab;  Temporary Internet Files->Settings-> Delete Files
