How to revert files in TS 6.7.2

sureshm

Hi friends,

We are using TeamSite 6.7.2 on windows platform.
If I check a file in the workarea and click File->versions, I cannot find the revert option for all file versions displayed. In such a case how would we restore a file from an older version in 6.7.2

Please help.
Thank you.
regards,
suresh

On every version slot, you should have some links at bottom like Compare; Submit Details; Tag and REVERT.

In case, you could not found it, please check your permissions on that branch.

You should also look into the administration tab. Click on the Manage Roles, Selec the Roles you want to edit. Click on more detail for Files, Forms, and Folders. Make sure that the Revert File option is check.
