EditProfileCmd called inside ICommand Execute method

I am trapping the refile command but I need to throw up the edit profit command dialog box from inside the Execute method. Is this possible to do via the API?

I can create an EditProfileCmd, set my document, call initialize and then update, but I always get a Status of nrGrayedCommand. If I manually set the status to active I get an error that the update failed.

I can throw up my own form to do this but I'd prefer to use the built-in EditProfileCmd dialog if possible.

Is this selected object a document or folder/workspace? It's best to understand the problem if you could send in your ICommand project and the associated reg key settings, along with the version of the Client Desktop client.
