what are the restrictions for Name and Description attributes?

rjb09

I know worksite won't accept certain characters in the name or description and will not accept the name to exceed a certain length;

Does anybody know what those restrictions are?

I want to cleanup the names before they hit worksite to avoid errors.

Name is limited to 254 characters.

Description is limited to 32 characters.

Neither field supports multi-byte (Unicode) characters
