How to browse configuration files of Teamsite on unix ?
On windows , we know the home directory for TS. Whats the home dir for TS on unix ? I never used unix before.

Of course you are assuming the users PATH has $iw-home/bin in it.

You certainly could add it, but then you would to know where it is installed Smiley Very Happy

You can also run this:

cat /etc/defaultiwhome

No I do not. iwgethome is an exception. It is one and the only Command that (if TS has been properly installed on UNIX) will work without User's PATH changes.
( installer creates some link in /usr/bin, I *beleive* )

It may not be a link in /usr/bin. Installer may for example modify high-level Profiles like
/etc/profile (doubt it) or /etc/profile.d (possible). The trick may also be shell dependent, etc.
However they do it - iwgethome is the only command that simply "works", without User profile
changes

I want to check tutorial_1.tpl under path

"/migration/interwoven/teamsite/examples/Templating/templatedata/tutorials/tutorial_1.tpl"

I JUST FOUND THAT I HAVE TO PUT ENTIRE PATH. IT WORKED.
