Resave DCRs with Pretty Print

We turned on pretty print dcrs, but have a few old DCRs that have not been saved in a while. Was looking for a batch way to regen all the DCRs with a CLT. Otherwise, I can probably just do it with an XSL transformation.

Running on Solaris, by the way.
