Could you please explain a little more what you are trying to do?

Do you want to display your application in a iFrame within TeamSite? If so there are instructions in the "User Interface Customization Guide".

If you could explain your objective a little more, someone may be able to offer a better answer.

Get the manuals. You're wasting a lot of time trying to do this without product manuals (despite all their flaws). If you don't have support site access, someone there should - and you should get them to get the manuals (PDFs) and put them somewhere that everyone who might need access to them can do so.
