I have a question related to an issue we're looking at with profiling and matter folders. Is it possible to create a link on an intranet site that opens up a document from within the Document Management system in its native application? We have been told it can be done but cannot find it anywhere in documentation. It is simple to use the document send menu to create an nrl attachment that when a user clicks on opens the document in the interwoven built-in viewer. We need the same functionality, but instead of the document opening up in the inbuilt interwoven viewer, it would open up in whichever application it was associated with - so for example a word document would open up in word, an excel document in excel, etc.
If you could provide any tips, or point us in the right direction, that would be much appreciated
