Is OD Reports a default feature of OpenDeploy or do I need to have a separate licence or permission or a separate installation to generate reports using the tab in OpenDeploy GUI? If yes, do I need to pay for that ?

If that feature requires to have a separate licence or installation and our organisation is already having this feature, how can I figure that out ?

I believe it's classes12.jar though it might be one of the other ones - I'd look at a client installation of Oracle to find the libraries (instead of the ones that ship with OD) - other than that, I believe the information is covered starting on page 233 in the OD Admin Guide.
