Files and folders not listing in the Right Pane

Hi,

We have migrated default store from one of our env to a new environment. And for testing purpose we have diverted the Siteminder to Staging LDAP directory. Now the issue is, in some Workareas the files and foders are not appearing in the Right Side Pane, though the folder exists as I can see them through the Filesystem. This is hampering my whole testing part; if anyone had faced similar kinda issue pls share the solution and if not pls provide any possible reason.

Environment details:
APP: Teamsite 6.7.2 SP1
OS Version: Solaris 10

We had faced similar issue and it was solved by submitting the content to the staging area . Did you submitted the content ? if not can you try that ?

I guess proper permissions are not set..., if set you might not have faced this issue...

Hi,

Check if you can see them with master role, might be some permission issue,
Also give a try with CCSTD too

The issue was with the user presence( as the content which I have moved were with diff user and the same user was not present on the target env).

I have resolved it by resetting the permissions and submitting the content.

You probably could have used iwidmap and not have to deal with resetting permissions and submitting - but as long as you got it working, that's the main point.
