Urgent:in-context edit issue in Teamsite 6.7.2 SP1

Hi,

We have recently migrated to Teamsite 6.7.2 sp1 from 6.7.2 . Items are messed up while hovering if it is link.

The main difference what I figured out is " display: block;" style element.This particular style is creating issue while hovering.

Is there any way remove this style tag?

Let me rephrase my question : Actually in-content edit(6.7.2 sp1) is adding "display:block" style to "span" tag by default for links.I want to remove this unwanted style.

Is there any way to remove this unwanted style element?

In an un-complicated scenario, the 'style' attribute will be part of the component Appearance XSL, you can manually edit the component and remove it from there,submit the the changes to STAGING.

In this scenario 'style' attribute are not part of the component Appearance XSL.
It is automatically applied on span tag(in-context edit) as an inline CSS.
Is there any way to remove that unwanted style ?

In which case you could either locate the CSS and change it there or if the layout XSL has this style hardcoded for in-context-edit, then remove it from the XSL.
