nrtexchn.dll error

I am getting an intermittent issue with the integration between Outlook Filesite.


Outlook will suddenly close when I am trying to open a document from within Filesite "recently edited documents" and generate this error message:
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8206.0, stamp 479fce0d, faulting module nrtexchn.dll, version 8.2.566.0, stamp 47509925, debug? 0, fault address 0x00097c78."

The Filesite toolbar and Menu will also disappear. There is no problem opening a document from its mother application. Manipulating Filesite will continue to be a problem.

The problem is intermittent and the work around is to run detect and repair in Outlook. This will solve the problem for a period of time but it will always return.
