Errors with DCT

I am getting following errors when I am trying to create new form entry

"Couldn't parse DCT bytes into DOM [datacapture.dct_parse.error.msg ]:Content is not allowed in trailing section. "

What is meant by couldnt parse DCT bytes into DOM ?
What is meant by content is not allowed in trailing section ? What is a trailing section ?

Often this happens when there are characters in the very beginning of the DCT, typically it is a blank line.

I checked the DCT, nothing is wrong over there. There are no spaces or characters in the beginning.

Is there any way I can check it , if I am missing something ? As this is in the wordpad.

If no, then whats this error due to ? I just copied everything from other DCT and other DCT is working fine.

Does it have anything to do with tpl ?

Make sure when you save the file you are saving it as a TEXT file and not an RTF.

You should really get a better editor (textpad, ultraedit, emacs, etc.) wordpad is fine for looking at log files and such, but it's a piece of **** when it comes to doing code development.

In the last line of ur code..i.e for data-capture-requirements tag
der are 2 ">" characters.it might be an issue.

It is misprinted or something else,but can be an issue check last line,the data-capture-requirement element ending tag
