Below is the XML I want to CMSsise. I have to create a DCT for it and a tpl and then generate the below code.

How should I go about creating template(s) for it. Will inline substitution be of a great help?

I am on TS 6.7.2 ,windows 2003.

How should you create the template?
Decompose and document the elements you need to capture (personally, I find spreadsheets useful for this kind of analysis)

Will inline substitution be of a great help?
It's possible - but not clear that you have much that really needs inline code - it looks like you have a number of replicants - if you want, you could bundle up the fields of the replicant into an inline and use it from there - but it isn't clear from what you posted that this is going to provide you any significant advantage - it may, in fact, prove disadvantageous as the inlines could cause a performance hit.

Not knowing the full requirements makes it difficult to discuss.
Not being responsible for fulfilling the requirements makes it less likely that we'd want to spend time designing it for you.
I'd suggest you take a stab or two at implementing it yourself - and then, if you're having problems - post again with details of what you've tried and what problems you're running into.
