CDATA in Presentation Template

I was going thru TST_DG_$iterateForms.pdf, on page 78, I find following code[html][/html]

How come end tag [html] [/html]is placed before start tag [html][/html]. This I have seen in other code sections also.

Pls explain, why is it so ? Is this corect synatx or is it an error ?

What version of TeamSite?
What manual (I don't believe there is any manual entitled "TST_DG_$iterateForms.pdf").

I took a look at page 78 for both the 671 and 672 releases and neither had anything that looks like what you're talking about.

At a guess though, you're looking at the code-fragment out of context, and that there's something not too far about it, also within a CDATA tag that ends with a <TD> such that the beginning of your fragment is simply ending that one.
