error "viewtemp.tpl" does not exist

I have created presentation template viewtemp.tpl in the presentation folder. Now when I am trying to generate a page using this template in the following way
1) select DCR in data folder
2) Actions>Generate
3) Browse to the folder where output file is to be generated
4) Name the output file as trialpage
5) Click "OK"

When I click ok, window pops up saying, "The Presentation Template: 'viewtemp.tpl' does not exist"

While viewtemp.tpl is theer in place, why am I getting such a message ?

Did you configure the PT in your templating.cfg file?
Did you at least try to read the manuals?

Yes, tpl is configured in templating.cfg.

I have configured two TPLs in this was for two different datatypes and for both I am getting the same eror. Thats why I have put it over here.

Hi,
Could you please post the snippet of templating.cfg and tell us the structure you are following inside templatedata for the data-type. Please also ensure the case of the names in the templating.cfg and the tpl are same if your TS is running on non-Window OS.
