Data Deploy substitution question

I have a few substitutions in my datadeploy script. For some reason the matches with "+" are throwing an error, the others work fine....

Please help...see attachmend

DBD: ERROR:NumberFormatException occured while converting [Front, at Grade, 2+ Car] for column [GarageTypeID].
DBD: ERROR:NumberFormatException occured while converting [Rear, at Grade, 2+ Car] for column [GarageTypeID].
