Open deploy error - Urgent

Hi,

We are not able to deploy the files from our base server to receivers. It is giving the following error in the log file

I restarted " myserver" and no use. I checked the iwodcmd serverstatus. ITs alive. But the base server is not able to make a connection with receiver servers. Why? Do I need to restart receiver servers?

Also I changed the password for "myserver" will this make any difference? Please let me know.

You need to see if the receivers are running on the destinations. It certainly appears that they are not.

You can try to telnet to the receiver:

telnet reviever 20014

If you get:

Connecting To receiver...Could not open connection to the host, on port 20
015: Connect failed


The receiver is not running. You should see a connection (and nothing else)

This also could be a firewall issue if the ports have been changed in the firewall.
