Please elaborate on your requirement. Why do you want to deploy the components to database?

Typically, you probably want some content (say DCR content) to be deployed into DB and then retrieve that data out of the DB and display it. This is pretty typical.

Actually storing the component in DB seems odd. So please elaborate on what you are trying to do.
