Domain Name disappearing from login screen

Hi,
We have TeamSite 6.7.2 on Win 2003 SP2. We have one windows domain which we used to login to Teamsite by selecting that domain from drop down while login to TS.
I was working around IIS manager ,on TS server,with settings with Default Web Site branch and suddenly that doamin disappeared from the list. I don't remeber what I changed in IIS manager.
Does setting in IIS manager has anything to do with donain list in TS login screen? Currently only local domin is appearing in domain list.
Please help!

The domain list in the TS login page is controlled by settings in iw.cfg (there are two places - once controls the UI, the other controls the server communications) - I don't think IIS manager has anything to do with it.
