Issues with TS 6.7.1 SP1

Hi All,

We have recenty upgraded to TS 6.7.1 Sp1 on windows 2003 Server and we are facing the below issues.

1. VF editor is including host name for link URLs.
2. VF editor is adding the
3. While editing some DCRs we get the Transform error.
4. performance of TS 6.7.1 is very bad. We had raised a case for TS 6.1{first byte download used to take too much time}, then IW told us that it was a bug and if we migrate to TS 6.7.1 the performance would be better. But till now I have not seen that.
5. Preview does not work after we apply patch 4.
6. If we edit a DCR, and click on cancel then the form name changes to incomplete.

We have tried all the suggestions given by IW support team, but still no help. Our TS is just good for login and navigationg now. DCRs could not be edited properly now.

We had to upgarde because the support of TS 6.1 was over. So we never had any options.

I have few question.
1. Is it right for IW to declare the EOL of TS6.1 when TS 6.7.1 SP1 has so many issues.
2. Do other IW users face the same issue that we are facing.
3. We are planning to upgarde to TS 6.7.1 SP1 on our solaris box. But seeing the response of IW support, would it be wise to upgrade or use TS 6.1 without support.

Most of your issues could be resolved if you get an upgrade to TS 6.7.2.

There's a kb article on support site about adding hostname to the url path. You should check that out. I don't see what you are saying about the second point. When you move/copy the dcr's from TS61 to TS671, did you also copy the extended attributes? Are your directory structure still the same? Make sure your case get to the core group which handles the issues with performance. There has been issues with preview on TS671 SP1, but might not have been fixed yet. You might want to hold off on upgrading to SP1 if you are still experiencing issues. There are people experiencing issues, and there are others that works great for them. But I wouldn't upgrade to TS672 just yet, as that version requires a lot such as livesite, sitepublisher, opendeploy, etc...
