Drag/Drop/Move Folders Within Filesite - Access Denied

Hello,

We just rolled out Worksite/Filesite to our Legal group about a month ago. Our end users are not able to drag/drop (or move) folders to another folder unless they have full access to the folder they are moving. The workspaces/folders were set up as Private, but ACLs grant the end users Read/Write access. I changed the Workspace to Public thinking that would solve the problem, but still no luck. Any ideas on why they are getting an "Unable to move folders: Access Denied" error when trying to move folders? I'd hate to give them Full Access, and figured Read/Write access would be sufficient. Sorry for the "rookie" question, but thanks for your help!
