Why doesn't the page look the same in the kaleidoscope?

The kaleidoscope is not the real webpage and cannot be the real webpage. In most cases, the kaleidoscope will match the appearance of the test page, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.

The kaleidoscope will simply use whatever we have as the preview shell. I believe we always communicate to the client that we initially take a snapshot of their page so if the page changes in the future, they have an understanding of what that's happened.
