Hi,Does anyone know about any CLT, through which an HTML page could be generated. However the requirements are:1. None of the tags generated through, should have style tag embedded.2. All tags should be properly closed.Urgent help would be appreciated.
You can use iwgen or iwregen but I suppose it won't fulfill the #1 requirement unless customized.
livesite_java.bat
IW_HOME
gen_html.properties
file.suffix=.htmldestination.directory=//temp/gen_htmlpost.processor=com.interwoven.livesite.model.page. PostRenderingProcessorparam.Sample\ Parameter=Foo Bar Bazparam.dcrType=News/PressRelease
For LS 2.1 you can follow following steps:Steps:1. Search the file livesite_java.bat. 2. Open livesite_java.bat and make sure that all the path information is correct. In particular, the IW_HOME variable must be set to your TeamSite root.3. Settings for generating HTML are specified in a java properties file. let's say ,called gen_html.properties.We should copy this file and edit its contents to specify what type of file we are generating, where you want the generated files to appear,and any parameters to pass to the components.4. Run the commandlivesite_java.bat com.interwoven.livesite.tools.PageGenerator username role propsFile vpath [vpath vpath ...]to convert the pages listed by vpath into html files in the given destination dir.Arguments:username -- User who will be performing the operation.role -- Role of the user.propsFile -- File path of the properties file that controls the settings for the generation of HTML. (In you case it is gen_html.properties.)vpath [vpath vpath ...] -- One or more full vpaths to thepages you wish to convert. Supplying a vpath to a directory should include all the pages in that directory, and any subdirectories,recursively.gen_html.properties File :gen_html.properties file.suffix=.htmldestination.directory=//temp/gen_htmlpost.processor=com.interwoven.livesite.model.page. PostRenderingProcessorparam.Sample\ Parameter=Foo Bar Bazparam.dcrType=News/PressRelease HTH
For 3.1 the only available mechanism is from a workflow task. The Early command line tool is no longer available since web components are needed to generate html.
