Disable Mod_ftp in Teamsite

AmsB

Hi,

TS 6.7.2
Win 2003 SP2

How i can disable the mod_ftp in the Apache server that comes with TS.
Is the LoadModule proxy_ftp_module modules/mod_proxy_ftp.so is related to that?
I am trying to disable this module by putting # in front of that, but when i do iwreset then # is removed automatically.
Anybody could please let me know the solution on how to disable.

I asked the IW person they told me -If there is an FTP Publishing Service on the TeamSite server running on windows, it is possible to turn it off without impacting TeamSite. TeamSite does not use an FTP Publishing Service, so it can be turned off without affecting TeamSite's functionality

But on my windows server there is no such service.

Thank You

If you're talking about iwwebd configuration files - there are using the conf files and conf.template files - you need to make your change to the .template file in order for it to remain in effect.
