There are currently two versions of the Optimost QA tool. The more verbose version (including a cookie dropping tool) can be found at

https://asp.optimost.com/webtest/mdauria/qa.htmlBoth versions have options to set clickthru and counter notifications, as well as the ability to specify a creative by account, wave, and creative number.
Usually the cookie dropping tool is used to enter a QA persona for testing. One alternative to setting a custom cookie for QA is to set the cookie to be name: OPTEST_COUNTER value:1 as a third party cookie under "Manage persona criteria" at the portfolio level. This way, simply having the "Display counter alerts" option on in the QA tool will cause one to enter the QA persona.
