java error for one of user while TS 6.7 sp1 login

version : TS 6.7sp1 patch 3
OS: Solaris 9

this is regarding the issue with one of the TS user while login.
the users are UNIX users , not on LDAP.

the screen shot of the user`s browser`s UI is attached.

the same java error message is also seen in ; /var/adm/iwui/servletd_out.log.

i.e.

I even tried to remove the user, then add the user ( all using TS admin GUI) , still the user is not able to login .

Have You tried shutting down iwserver and start again.

yes, we did that also.
Also the issue is with the login of only ONE user , for every one else it is Ok.

I guess entities database is corrupted. Just rename the following directory:
/iw-home/local/entities

and then run iwreset -a to see if it solves your problem.

But if we remove the user (with the login issue) using iwuser command line tool ( which essentially removes the user from Entity Database) , AND ADD THE USER USING iwuser command , this essentially removes the corrupted user from the entity database and it as NEW to the entity database.
I have done this,but still getting the error.
So why we re-install the entity database if for other users( around 450~) have not been corrupted, when this removes the preferences of THE USERS ( I assume all the information that we get when we run iwuser -q ) .

You are right but I have read on the support site about it possibly being a corrupt entities DB?

Is your user id all numeric. We had issues on earlier versions of TS when few user ids where numeric. Resolved by removing numeric user ids.

the user id is numeric....it is like "fg2917" ....but all our user ids in this format...so that shouldnt be the issue..
