page feature not updated on delivery pages

Hi,

I created a new page feature attached to templates level, the changes apply to preview pages but not on delivery pages (publish,clear cache). It only appeared on delivery pages when we update the page feature manually via ICE one by one to all the existing pages, publish and clear delivery cache.

Is there a way to trigger the page feature updated on pages automatically without going thru ICE one by one?
