How to clear the pending job stuck in the mgmt queue

Hi,

We see lot of job stuck on the mgmt queue. Kindly provide option to verify and remove the pending jobs from queue.

Let know if we can run any scripts or DB queries to get the job removed.

You'll want to contact support for this. The reason is that there are quite a few subtleties involved in making any changes to the job queue (there are several tables with dependencies so it is NOT trivial). Also, it's important (VERY) to know why there are "stuck" jobs in the queue (and if they are are truly stuck). There could be underlying db issues or configuration problems.

So, please contact support and provide:

1. DEBUG logs from mgmt stage showing error details

2. exact version of your system (SP1, etc.)

3. screencaptures of the jobConsole

Have you done basic troubleshooting?

1. Attempted to get FAILURE Information from the jobConsole for the end-points?

2. Reviewed mgmt stage logs to find source of problem?

3. Verified configuration and processes? (SEARCH Engine, Configuration Agent, Deployment Agent, End-point status).

Have you looked at the appropriate KB items for guidance?
