Preview not generated

Hi

I`m not able to generate a page and i could not even preview. And also when i try to paste my datacapture.cfg in the virtual directory i`m getting BSOD(Blue Screen of Death). Wen i try to do something in the virtual memory the server gets restarted. Could someone help me come out of this problm. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked log files? what are in these?

What is TS version, Environment and Memory?

Also check the available Disk space.

TS version is 6.5 SP1

Windows 2003 SE SP1

2gb RAM and enough hard disk space.

Log files also has got nothing relevant except this one:

It's not an Error it is just a warning, you can ignore it.

But the problem is still not found. So, do some R&D and share your findings.

What is your user role, is it something with your id or everyone and is it something with one/few workareas or all?

If you are getting the BSOD on your TS server you should check the windows error logs and TS error logs too.

i`ve logged in as a master. The problem is the same with everybody. Windows error logs and TS logs did not help me much. So someone who is very handy with the tool only can sort this problem out. I appreciate if someone can share the issue and help me out. Thanks in advance.

I suggest you open a case with Interwoven Support - they may be able to setup a webex session with you so that you can show them what's happening and they can help you snoop around to try to figure out the problem
