OpenDeploy Error Codes

TS 6.7.1 SP1 (WIN2K)
Base: OD 6.1.1
Receiver: OD 6.1.1 on AIX

I seem to remember a post outlining the various mysterious error codes that OpenDeploy now throws. Can/Does anyone remember something along those lines? I am getting the following error on my receiver:

ERROR: Error in creating the destination dir /usr/WebSphere/SMC/content/cce/library.iwold with errno=28
