Visual Format Causing I.E crash

Hi All,

We are using TS 6.7.1 SP1 on windows 2003 server. Many {Not All}of the users are facing this issue.

When the user edits a DCR and tries to edit/add a hyperlink the browser shuts down on its own.

User:
IE6 /7
Windows XP SP-2
No Pop-up blocker.

But When I tru to do the same i am able to do it.

Does this happen in IE6 or IE7 or both?
Can I assume here when you say add/edit hyperlink, its in visual format editor inside a dcr?
Whats your client workstation configuration? and does it work fine with firefox?

We have found the issue.

Google toolbar was the problem. We had to un-install the same.
