Error message when adding e-mail task before approval task

Sum

I'm having a trouble with a new workflow I'm construction. Within the workflow I have two review tasks, however they specify groups instead of users. Since Teamsite workflows do not send out notification to groups (at least none I could find) I was going to add e-mail tasks right before the review tasks. I used the standard e-mail approval template and class, however, I keep getting the following error when I submit the workflow.

Even when I was just dealing with the review tasks, I got errors when simply tried to instantiate the workflow complaining about missing files. I created several of the directories it was looking for in succession. The review tasks worked, but the e-mail tasks seem to be searching for more files in these directories. Is there something I forgot to install in our development environment?

Any ideas?

Until IWOV fixes the CSSDK processing of Group Tasks (possibly fixed in the latest patch for 672 - I haven't checked) - I'd recommend not using Review Tasks for groups - instead use a separate task for sending email (use an External or URL External task running iw_solution_email.ipl - not Email Task - as the Java class runs into the same problem with Group Tasks) - followed by a normal Group Task.

The PTs for iw_solution_email.ipl can be made to work correctly for Group Tasks (search the forums, this has been discussed a number of times, and I believe some code has been posted)
