Documents visible in y: but not visible in teamsite

Hi,

I have installed teamsite 6.7.2 and I have migrated the iw-store (was previously being used with 6.5). I am now noticing that there are a few documents which are existing in Y: but not visible in teamsite application.
The documents have all access, are not archived and not hidden either.

This works fine in 6.5 though. Am I missing some settings? I am logged in as master.

How do you mean not visible ? Won't open ? Do the files names get listed in the folder ? How did you move the store ? Are the owners consistent ? Is there a specific type of file that won't show ?

By not visible, I mean that they are not even listed. The folder is completely blank, whereas the folder under Y: has lots of file with the correct permissions

We're seeing something similar. We just migrated from 6.7.1 to 6.7.2 SP2 on Solaris 10. There are directories here and there that when you click on them in the UI, nothing ever loads...you just get a white screen in that pane. From the server console, when you do an ls on that directory, you see all the files that should be there. All the perms look correct from there as well. If we rename the directory and then recreate a directory with the original name and do a Get Latest, all the contents populate without any issue. Has anyone seen this before? When we had found just the one occurrence, I was willing to write it off as a possbile corruption point, but we have now found a handful of these.

Have you tried running iwfsck -d on your backing store to make sure it doesn't have any metadata inconsistencies?

Not yet. We were planning on trying that over the weekend since the store is 180+ GB. Other than that we've opened a case with Support. At least there is an easy way around it in the interim.

Out of curiosity, when was the last time (if ever) that you ran iwfsshrink on your backing store? You might want to do that first (it runs in the background with TS "up")
