preview asking for password after upgrade to 6.7.2

we just upgraded from teamsite 6.7.1 sp1 (windows 2003 server) to teamsite 6.7.2. the installtion was successful.

We followed the access migrate stuff and but now if we try to preview a file we get a standard userid-password prompt(screenshot attached). However after providing the userid passwod the preview works fine.

Please help.

I assume you're using IIS as the "customer web server" - if yes, try the following:

did the iisreset and restarted the iwproxy service - and then preview started working without prompting for credentials.Hope that helps.
