Teamsite Login Issue

I am trying to login to my teamsite. In UI we have two main fields, Domain and Role. Depending upon domain and role user is able to login in teamsite.

Suddenly Domain field disappeared from UI, I am not sure how, User is not able to login inside teamsite as Domain field is not available.

Can anyone please tell me name and path of configuration file where i need to make changes?
