Why error message is not displayed on the page of the same creative?

I filled the form on an Optimost modified page and the data I entered in the form was not correct. Then I submitted the form. Error message is displayed on page. But the page is not the modified page any more. It is the control page. What happened?

If form is not filled properly and you submit the form, error message should be displayed on the same page. If not, your working environment is changed. For example, the environment may change from QA environment to production environment. So in this case, you need to use Optimost QA tool to drop the cookie so that the environment stays the same.
