Is it possible to create your own tab on the properties panel of a content instance?

Hi,

I was just wondering if someone could point me to the extension point for adding your own tab to the properties panel of a content instance. I see some mention of the properties tabs in the Javascript docs, but not sure where to start. Any ideas?

Nevermind. I found it. It's just in the Sample Extensions. (vgn-ext-sample ui\properties)

Next question... does anyone have an example of a non-arbitrary example? I would like to do something similar to the Translations tab. Except, I need to display some other content instances in the grid. Anyone have any pointers on that?

I would warn against modifying anything in the translation tab.

Hi Mario,

Not planning on modifying the Translation tab directly. What I was hoping to do is to create my own tab and have some functionality that is similar to the Translation tab. Basically, when the person clicks on the tab, it loads a grid that contains some other content instances that are found via query.
