Hi All,

Any one help me
I am working with Worksite NT 8.0.
in worksite NT Web if i cheked out any document its saved as number like(2563.doc)
how i can change to save as name of the document.
if know any one help me

There is a Global Option in WorkSite Web that can switch the file names for CheckOut and Export from the default (database_number_version.extension)to descriptions.

This option can be found on the "Document Settings" tab in the Global Options dialog. See attached screen shot from the Global Options dialog.

Please note that this is a global option and this setting will be applied for all the users within WorkSite Web.
